At AntlerGlow, we work to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your purchase is confirmed. During busy holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated delivery times will depend on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has shipped, you may receive tracking information by email so you can follow your package. Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly before completing your order.

AntlerGlow is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
