To be eligible for a return, your item should be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue so we can help make it right.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
